This section aims to answer some of the most common questions that people might ask about me and the product.
Who are you?My name is Charlie Artingstoll. I'm from Canterbury, Kent and produce environmentally friendly plant labels from various types of wood, selling them under the trading name TimberTags.
What makes your Product unique?The wood I use is from certified renewable resources and a large amount is recycled from larger jobs making the product extremely environmentally friendly.
My tags are also printed, a service that no-one else offers on wood.

I run a garden centre/wedding shop and would like to buy in bulk - are discounts available?
Yes! I have a discount structure for bulk orders - please Contact me, and I'm sure we can sort something out.
I hear you donate to charity - can you explain?I donate a percentage of the profit from each sale to selected charities, changing periodically. The current charity is the Kent Wildlife Trust. The KWT receives 5% of any order over £50.
Is making plant labels all you do?No! I can provide a wide range of custom made products to suit your requirements. See the bespoke products page for more information.
How environmentally friendly are you?The wood I use is recycled from larger jobs from joineries making the product extremely environmentally friendly.
Also I have won an award in Kent environmental business awards, for the most inspiration business.
Any waste that is produced is used to heat my house, and where applicable this even extends to the sawdust that my machines make. Machines are only turned on when needed, and I have a solar panel
that partially powers my workshop. Monies are also donated to the Kent Wildlife Trust.
